  • This is a gym open to book for all members.
  • Assessment and programs to be completed before bookings. Money will not be returned if this hasn't been completed but you can book now.
  • The gym is a perfect safe place with supervision providing help if needed making the experience motivating and worthwhile (I hold a current DBS)
  • I have 25 years of industry experience
  • Our gym is cleaned thoroughly

Indoor Circuits

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:00

Indoor circuits is a combination of exercises both strength and fitness, performed with short rest periods between them for a prescribed amount of time. This type of workout can be tailored to challenge any level of fitness and provides an efficient way to increase overall strength, stamina, and cardiovascular conditioning.

Outdoor Circuits

Tuesday and Thursday: 18:00

Outdoor circuits is a combination of exercises both strength and fitness, performed with short rest periods between them for a prescribed amount of time.

We complete outdoor circuits in the beautiful location of Seaton in Devon where we are surrounded by the Jurassic Coast and shoreline whilst you are exercising, what could be anything mentally better! Most of the time we jump into the ocean afterwards to gool down or go for a drink after. Come and join my big family.

Fight Club

Wednesday: 18:00

Fight Club is an exercise class that uses choreographed martial arts moves to music. Great cardio fitness workout and a awesome stress release.

Fight club: we sweat, we drink lots, and you will definitely sleep well. This is one of the hardcore classes. Any person can do this as there are different skill levels. It is the class for getting emotions out!
